Research On The Competitiveness Of Architectural Industry In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's construction industry has grown along with the national economy and has become the pillar industry in our national economy.The development of the construction industry has not only led to the employment of a large number of rural working population,but also provided guarantee for the construction of new type of urbanization,leading to the development of a large number of related industries.However,the overall development level of anhui construction industry is not high,and the national competitiveness is not strong.Currently exist the following problems in construction market,the market order is not complete,the regulatory system is not sound,engineering construction backward mode of production,production technology is not high,the enterprise core competitive ability is not strong and so on,this article aims to study the factors affecting the regional competitiveness of construction industry in anhui province and how to cultivate and optimize the construction industry in anhui province regional competitiveness,the purpose is to promote the sustainable and healthy development of construction industry in anhui province,and promote the sustained growth of the national construction industry.In this paper,on the premise of anhui province current situation of the development of building industry into analysis,factor analysis and clustering analysis,the integrated use of two methods,the effects of factors on competitiveness of construction industry in China from several aspects,form a competitiveness evaluation index system,by building construction industry competitiveness theory model,to obtain key elements influence the competitiveness of construction industry in China.In this paper,from the national 31 provinces and cities and 16 cities in anhui province category to the analysis,research,put forward the proposal and promote the reasonable distribution of the construction industry resources in anhui province,give reasonable Suggestions for the construction enterprise to enhance competitiveness,to promote anhui construction industry competitiveness to accelerate growth.The main recommendations of this paper are:1.Improve the management system and mode of the construction project,and vigorously promote the overall contract management mode of the project.Has good effect to optimize the allocation of resources,the engineering general contracting can reduce the construction project of resource utilization and management of the cost,but also to break the monopoly of industry,the reasonable control of construction cost,enhance the level of the tender;2.Accelerate the "going out" of construction enterprises to improve external contracting ability.To coordinate the construction of "going out",give full play to China's high-speed rail,road,electricity,ports,high-rise buildings,airports,oil and gas pipeline engineering construction such as the comparative advantage of construction companies targeted,targeted and organized foreign contracted projects,participate in the "zone" construction.Construction enterprises should strengthen international standard research,actively adapt to international standards,improve the quality of foreign contracting projects,performance management,and actively play the livelihood projects such as housing treatment.Encourage large enterprises and small enterprises to "go out" and actively expand international markets in an orderly manner to avoid vicious competition;3.Increase policy support and strengthen communication and coordination and information sharing among relevant departments in the construction industry.We will work hard to support major strategic projects for foreign economic cooperation and development.According to the principle of risk control and commercial sustainable development,financial support of "going out" construction industry is strengthened.We will further or compulsory service fees in disguised forms,and absolutely stop the construction of enterprise service monopoly and illegal fees;4.Guarantee the rights and interests of construction workers and
