In the enterprise,the talent is the most important resource.Anything is the most important thing of the employee for ERM.As a foundation,an outstanding ERM can make the enterprise work smoothly.B company is a state controlling enterprise.There is a modern factory in B company.All kinds of meat products are being produced for the company.They sell these products to the five stars hotels,senior western restaurant,embassies,air catering and high-end supermarkets.B company supplied catering service for Beijing Olympic Games,the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the NPC and CPPCC,the World Expo,APEC and so on.As an enterprise that supplies service for our country,the food safety is very important.Every common staff of B company can affect the food safety of the administration or control.The interesting,the psychological feeling,the mood,one of the factors will be influenced by ERM,and these factors will influence the quality of products.After acquiring corporations,the employees don’t satisfy with their work.Different corporate cultures must be unified as soon as possible.The new corporate cultures must be accepted by everyone of B company.It can improve the sense of belonging of the employees.The employees think it is unfair that different remunerations between the new and old employees.The remunerations system and the performance system should be optimized.The communication channels between the administrators and employees should be improved.These channels should move with the times.Many ways can be used for the communication in B company.This paper summarizes,diagnoses and analyzes the questionnaire survey data,the interview contents and the historical data of B food company,and anatomizes for the factors that affect the satisfaction of the employees in order to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of the improvement of the employee relationship management system.For the problems found in the research,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of relevance and applicability on the basis of the existing employee relationship management system,and make outs relative guarantee measures in order to ensure that the management system of optimized employee relationship run smoothly.The proposed scheme provides reference for the same type of food enterprises to build employee relationship management system.
