Research On The Quality Risk Management In Government Investment Construction Projects

Due to the continuing accelerated process of urbanization and the deepening of market economy reform,marketized and specialized management mode gradually appear in government investing projects,among which,the fastest growing and most applied one is the agent-construction system management mode.However,because this management mode has only just started in China,plus the lack of corresponding management experience and the existence of imperfect market mechanism,which result a lot of problems not solved,especially the agent-construction projects need to improve the level of their management,and the new task to be solved is to study how to improve its risk management level in agent-construction project.In the existing research results,relative to the management mode of agent-construction system,the research on its risk management still have a lot of defects and insufficiency,on building the evaluation index system,most of which are not able to fully reflect the project's risk profile,whose evaluation and analysis are only aimed at a certain stage.However,quality management in agent-construction project management is in the core position,therefore,the development of the scientific method and theory that corresponds to the project quality risk management is urgently needed,which can not only promote the further development of agent-construction system in China,but also can promote the domestic projects' management level.Based on a large number of literature search and reading,this thesis presented the theory about agent-construction system,and relatively systematically discussed about the present research situation on agent-construction project quality risk management both at home and abroad,and conducted a thorough analysis on the difference between other project and agent-construction project management mode.This thesis access from the whole process of agent-construction project,and combining with the characteristics of the project management mode,studied the quality risk in all stages of construction project,from early stage until completion and warranty period.First,this thesis built the corresponding index system to evaluate the quality risk of the project of this type,using the risk assessment method to respectively determine and correct the weight of indicato-rs;then,established the evaluation model;finally,aimed at a particular housing agent-construction project in Shenyang,using the model of my evaluation and analysis,thus,further verified the feasibility and effectiveness of my evaluation model and index system in the actual operation,in addition,the corresponding solutions to the project quality risk analysis and evaluation results are also given in this thesis.To some extent,this research can not only guide the agent-construction project to improve the quality of their management level,but also help to promote the development of the domestic agent-construction system.
