Agent System Project Risk And Fee Standards

"The Decision on Reform in The Investment System" was announced by the State Council in 2005, then many researchers take lots of research on reform in the investment system, especially in government investment project and public project, such as college,hospital and so on. Agent Construction System as a result of reform in the investment system and be applied in practical. The use of this system can solve "Three Excesses"(preliminary design cost summation in excess of project investment estimation, working drawing budget in excess of the cost summation, and final account at project completion in excess of the budget) of public investment theoretically.This text take the research on the Risk and Expenses Standards of Agent Construction System Management Project combined with new college regional construction. First take a research on the application and development of Agent Construction System in China, especially in FuJian Province. Then research the risk of agent construction contract, and take risk identification, use analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to take Risk Analysis and Risk evaluation of Agent Construction System, build hierarchical AHP model of project risk, build judgement matrix and analyze this matrix, then get the main risk in prophase stage and construction stage of the project. This text also have a research on agent construction management expenses, by analyze different areas and different researchers model of agent construction management expenses, analyze it's expenditure pattern, a Agent Construction Management Expenses Model is proposed and compared with different models. At last, this text take a case analysis of new college regional construction of FuJian Engineering University use Agent Construction System, point out the deficiency and improvements of Agent Construction System Contract. The results of the text can be used for further study or a reference for engineering application.
