| With the development of China's economy,ports are playing a more and more important role in the allocation of resources and material circulation.With the release of automobile policy and the growing demand,the Automobile Ro ro industry has become an important branch of the rapid development of the logistics industry.Due to the particularity of the Automobile Ro ro industry,the demand for the vehicle logistics capability is also increasing.As an important node of vehicle logistics,RO Ro Terminal plays an important role in the whole logistics chain.This paper analyzes the throughput of RO Ro Terminal and carries out reasonable resource allocation according to its changing trend and law,which can improve the resource utilization to a certain extent,thus reducing the cost of vehicle logistics transportation and ensuring the operation of the enterprise.As one of the four major rolling stock ports in China,RO Ro Terminal of Tianjin port is facing complex competition and market environment.It is necessary to make use of its own advantages,scientifically analyze the throughput and study the development trend,and formulate a reasonable development strategy on the basis of this.This paper first discusses the related theory and development of RO ro industry in China,and then analyzes and studies the development status of RO Ro Terminal in Tianjin port by using PEST analysis tools and SWOT model,and summarizes the existing problems.The Tianjin port ro ro terminal throughput history data and business sentiment classification analysis,trend and market forecast and the throughput changes according to the analysis of the situation,gray prediction model to predict the throughput in 2017 and the market forecast to verify the efficacy of the final analysis,prediction and give the relevant planning suggestions according to ro business trends,provide advice and basis for dock operation decision-making and development strategy for Tianjin port. |
