The Application Of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Operating System In The FLE Group

With some field's advantages and many achievements of the Mangagement Science in nearly 100 years,the Lean Six Sigma has been gradually improved and become the emerging management system in the world today.It integrates the practices of different enterprises,constantly improves itself and promotes its own evolution,becomes a relatively complete management system.The Lean and the Six Sigma have their own advantages and their own system,respectively plays an important role in the operation and management fields of a company.At the same time,they share common principles,objectives,goals and values,while eliminating waste and reducing variation are essentially the same,so they can be combined and will play a larger role.In recent years,many scholars studied the Lean Six Sigma(LSS)system.Some scholars compared the advantages and disadvantages of the Lean,the Six Sigma and the LSS systems,some scholars researched the comprehensive application of the tools of them,some scholars studied how to implement and establish the LSS operation system.Summarized all thesis,although there is a framework,the content of them isn't enough to cover all key fields that operation management focused.This thesis studies and introducs the Lean and the Six Sigma systems respectively,and introduces the basis of integrating them,and constructs the Lean Six Sigma Model.In terms of practical application,the applied fields of their respective functions are introduced.According to the actual situation of the DG Company,the strategy of building the Lean Six Sigma system is put forward,and applied to practice for verifying.This thesis emphatically introduces and elaborates the FLE Lean Six Sigma operation system's basic elements,includes its Strategy Deploy,Kaizen Activities and its procedure,the Knowledge System,the Lean Six Sigma Maturity Tracker,etc.According to my understanding of the LSS system in the DG Company,the LSS operation system model is constructed in this thesis.Later,it introduces all typical cases of the Kaizen in Operation,Supply Chain and Office of the company.Finally,the implementation achievements of the LSS Operation System in the DG Company are introduced.By that the thesis reaches the conclusions and gives the directions of the future study.
