Research On Application Of Crowdfunding

Crowd-funding has gradually developed a lot in china with the constant growth of the internet fiance.There had been about 608 crowd-funding websites went live up to the end of 2016,and the total number of funding reached 22 billion only in the year of 2016,which caused widespread concentration in the society.As a new rising financing model,crowd-funding has resolved a number of funding problems for many Chinese enterprises.As the fact that crowd-funding is still in the primary status,and there are numerous problems need to be deal with,the government has begun to strengthen support and set series of specifications for the crowd-funding.Further more,advantages of crowd-funding is more obvious than ever.Predictably,the crowd-funding will have a better development in china,hence,this study of the application of crowd-funding is very meaningful.This paper begins with a serious of elaborations on enterprises' financing difficulties and the rise of crowd-funding,which including the research backgrounds,significance,methods and the research status in and abroad.And then presented a systematic overview of the financing model,which including the definition and classification of the financing.this paper also introduced the financing model,including its elements of participation,risk and the platform of the implementation.Finally,this paper analysis the development status,existing problems and suggestions of crowd-financing.There is a case in the chapter 5,which analyses HT Hotel's 2.0 program including the reasons of choosing crowd-funding,the financing process from first to last as well as the crowd-financing result analysis.We can find how the crowd-funding help the HT Hotel in its 2.0 program,and both strong points and shortcomings are also provided in this part.We can point out that crowd-funding is a good choice for financing,however,in order to make the crowd-funding help more Chinese enterprises,we need the joint efforts of Chinese government,websites,enterprises and investors.
