| 2017 is the year of the supply-side reform deepen and development transformation of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association.Under the realistic background of the "new normal" macroeconomic environment,the rural credit cooperatives are forced to lend prudently,and put more full-year profit target pressure on the capital operation business.However,the capital operation business of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association is only a beginning.Due to the simplistic capital operation mode,it is difficult for Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association to control business risk effectively,which ultimately results in low operating income.It is urgent to carry out some improvement to help Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association through capital operation difficulties.This thesis maily discusses the capital operation system improvement measures of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association through analyzing the present condition and the current problems from management mechanism,operating mechanism and risk control mechanism.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background,research methodology and practical significance.The second part analyses the present condition and the current problems of the capital operation system in Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association,from management mechanism,operating mechanism and risk control mechanism.The third part discusses the improvement measures.The fourth part is the execution of these improvement measures,explaining the implement obstacles and safeguards and the expected effect.Even though this essay only examines Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association,those problems are also troubling every other commercial banks.Though looking in depth at the problems of the capital opeation system of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Association and exploring its applicable improvement measures,the academic results of this essay are expected to provide guidance for other commercial banks. |
