| With the trend of global integration,digitization and informatization,the software development industry prevails and links to our daily life closely.It is easy to set up a software development company thanks to low entrance qualifications.As a result,software development companies are in fierce competition,facing unprecedented challenges in survival and development.Hui Te Company,a small-sized software development company set up in recent years,is growing very fast but confronted with problems such as human resources shorta ge and high employee turnover rate.At the present time,how to motivate software developers is crucial to Hui Te Company to survive in fierce competition and get further development.First,this thesis analyzes the features and demands of software develope rs as well as the profile,operation mode,organization,employee structure of Hui Te Company.Then,this thesis studies on the current incentive mechanism of Hui Te Company with reference to previous researches.The author performed an employee satisfaction survey in order to get well known about the level of incentives in Hui Te Company and then located the problems to solve.Finally,this thesis analyzes the problems,finds out the root causes,and proposes an incentive mechanism customized for Hui Te Company as well as improvement actions.This thesis aims to set up a typical incentive mechanism for knowledge workers such as software developers to motivate software developers to achieve more excellent performance.This will form solid foundation of the development strategy of a company.The incentive mechanism optimized for software developers will motivate the software developers and build up more competition edges for Hui Te Company.Meanwhile,the incentive mechanism can be applied to companies similar to Hui Te Company. |
