Research On The Continuous Quality Defect Improvement Of Software Developer

The software industry is an intelligence-intensive industry, software companies is a typical knowledge-based organization, It has a strong dependence on the quality of software developer, including the knowledge structure, developing skills, innovation, positive attitude and so on. To build a competitive software company, we need not only to put the quality of software developers into effective use, but also to build an appropriate enterprise system for software developer, and an enterprise culture that can motivate power and potential of the software developers. All these factors are combined to form the software developer's quality system. Continuously upgrading the quality of software developer is an important way to establish human resource advantage and enhance the core competitiveness in software companies.In this paper, software developer was studied as a special group. I studied the quality improvement process of this group on theoretical analyzing, comparative analyzing, fish bone diagram analyzing and other methods. First, by analyzing the characteristics of software developer and defining their quality elements, I built the quality elements system of the software developer. Second, I analyzed the reasons for quality defects of software developer in all aspects on the basis of analyzing the quality defects. After that I proposed the approach to exclude quality defects. Third, I studied the continuous quality defect improvement process of the software developer by applying Deming cycle theory. In this section, the paper first divided software developer into three levels for beginner, intermediate, advanced according to quality differences between them. Then, I proposed the corresponding methods for quality defect improvement of the software developer at all levels. Next, the entire quality defect improvement plans of software developer were carried out. Following that, the plan was updated after assessing the quality defect improvement results, and it would come into the next scheduled of quality defect improvement. In the last part of this section, the problems that should pay attention to in the quality defect improvement process were refered.Finally, the paper raised the corresponding management strategies. They would promote the continuous quality defect improvement process of the software developer smoothly.
