How to combine the long-term development of the enterprise with the immediate interests of the employees and realize the win-win situation between the enterprises and the employees is an important issue for every enterprise.With the current competition in the financial industry in our country intensified,the competition among commercial banks is fundamentally the competition of qualified personnel.How to attract and retain qualified personnel sets higher requirements for the bank's management.Therefore,to establish a scientific and reasonable salary system is very important to our commercial banks.In this paper,the employeeof the Construction Bank Shuangfeng Subbranch as the object,in-depth field investigation and analysis,access to a large number of documents,a comprehensive analysis and quantitative calculations,in line with business development and its own conditions,based on the design of the Construction Bank Shuangfeng Subbranch employee.The specific plan of the remuneration system optimization,hoping to give full play to the remuneration system to encourage employees,thereby enhancing their operational efficiency and sustainable development.Through the research,it is found that employee compensation system of Construction Bank Shuangfeng Subbranch mainly includes four aspects: the overall salary design is not reasonable,the distribution system needs to be improved,the assessment system is not perfect,and the tracking of the new salary system is lacking.To this end,this paper argues that broadband compensation plans,which are increasingly pursued by the organizational structure in an increasingly flattened manner,an incentive compensation system that motivates employees' enthusiasm and a buffet-style welfare package that meets the individual needs of employees,are becoming increasingly prevalent professional compensation management strategies.The optimization plan of employee compens ation system of Construction Bank Shuangfeng Subbranch designed by this research institute is of great significance to enhancing employee satisfaction,attracting and retaining talent of Construction Bank Shuangfeng Subbranch.At the same time,it also has important reference value to the remuneration management of other commercial banks in our country,especially the county-level banks.
