| Corporate culture affect the business development from both inside and outside.For the enterprise itself,strong corporate culture can lead the direction of enterprise strategy,enhance and safeguard the implementation of enterprise strategy,strengthen the enterprise operational efficiency and enhance staff the recognition and sense of belonging to enterprises;For the outside of the enterprise,it can enhance the core competitiveness、social recognition and influence、sense of value of employees,encourage staff to maintain vitality,and fully tap their own resources and potential to meet the challenges and tests in the market competition.Based on the research of enterprise culture literature at home and abr oad in recent years,this paper systematically expounds the importance 、the ways and the great function enterprise culture construction,which starts from the related theory of enterprise culture construction。At the same time,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the corporate culture system construction of Hunan Kaolin Construction Group Co.,Ltd.In the study,the author uses the "four-dimensional analysis model" tool to conduct investigation and research on the corporate culture of Kaolin Constructio n Group Co.,Ltd.through interviews and questionnaire surveys.Corporate culture diagnostic analysis found that:(1)Construction Group,Koaling stay in the initial stage of enterprise development.With the maturity of the enterprise and the change of the market environment,the core values of the enterprise can not completely support the current enterprise development strategy;(2)There is no system for the current cultural concept of the enterprise;(3)The style of the enterprise management cannot support the characteristics of the industry;(4)Image communication system is not complete;(5)the lack of behavioral concepts to support the development of the industry and other issues.On the basis of the analysis of the culture problems,the author further adopts the "four-process construction model" to analyze and refine the core value,and put forward the corporate culture system.There have formed a suitable stage of enterprise development unique corporate culture program,which designed from the aspects of corporate core culture concept,management style,behavior concept and visual culture communication.,The research on corporate culture construction of Kaolin Construction Group shows that the success of a business must(1)have a culture as the foun dation to unite the core value of the enterprise;(2)must comply with the development of the enterprise and the characteristics of the industry;(3)must systematically and accurately grasp the enterprise Cultural characteristics and development status. |
