The uprising or falling of an enterprise lies in its management, while thesuccess or failure of management lies in the culture. As the progress of time anddevelopment of society, the enterprise management which surrounded by"material" will turn into the management surrounded by "human" gradually.Corporate culture, as the advanced stage of enterprise management, advocatesand implements people-oriented management philosophy actively, has gainedmore and more attention among operators. However, how to combine theconstruction of corporate culture with cultural environment, management statusand practical operation organically and give full play to the function of buildingthe corporate culture by winnowing truth from falsehood in culture on the basisof assessing the construction of corporate culture objectively and accurately,which needs us to explore and practice constantly.This paper places Hafei Motor Group as the research object, according tocompany development stagnated in recent years, the situation of economicbenefit declining, from the perspective of culture. This paper expounds thecorporate culture and the dialectical relationship between operating performance,makes every effort to find the influence and the cultural factors which restrict thedevelopment of the company, to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness ofcorporate culture construction. At the same time, in view of the company aftermerged into Changan Group corporate culture the present situation of theprofound change, analyzes the corporate cultural fusion brings to the company’spositive impact and severe challenges, and on this basis put forward the overallplan of company culture construction, aiming to make the excellent culture oftradition, the new import company original culture to carry forward, mak ing thecorporate culture more in line with the company’s current and long-termdevelopment needs. With the help of the power of corporate culture for thecompany, as soon as possible gets out of the predicament and realizes newdevelopment provide effective help.This paper first briefly introduces the research background and significance,contents and methods, analyzes the research status at home and abroad and introduces the basic theory of corporate culture. Then systematically combed theHafei Motor Group development and cultural evolution, through collectivediscussion, employee interviews, questionnaires, etc., to the corporate culturemakes a qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, points out theadvantages and problems of corporate culture. And from concept layer, systemlayer and material these three aspects put forward the content of the corporateculture reorganization and implementation plan. Finally the paper focusing onthe future discusses the objectives and strategies of corporate cultureconstruction, in order to further enhance their soft power, strengthen thecompany’s core competitiveness.
