In today's era of rapid development of enterprises,each enterprise's technology,efficient,intensive more and more obvious,corporate culture has been in the process of continuous development of enterprises.Excellent corporate culture can be used as a business operation and management of a lubricant,is conducive to long-term healthy development of enterprises.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises,the organizational structure of the staff is also increasingly complex,internal management is often faced with some outstanding problems,how to build a good corporate culture system to improve the level of core competitiveness of enterprises in every enterprise In front of the important issues.This article is mainly based on HY group corporate culture,for example,the study of corporate culture.The theoretical basis of the research is to combine the theory of enterprise culture construction and the whole of human resource management.Based on the status quo of the enterprise culture of HY Group,the enterprise culture of the employees of the HY group is analyzed and analyzed.The main problems of the problem,the analysis of the causes of the problem,the main problems of the existence of targeted improvements,and then the systematic construction of HY Group excellent corporate culture system to promote the HY Group and then the future competition can continue to develop.HY group for the corporate culture of the proposed improvement program for other enterprises to corporate culture can also play a part of the role of reference.This paper first contains the contents of the seven departments,first describes the background of the entire paper,as well as the purpose of meaning,then introduced the research ideas and the use of research methods,and then carried out the relevant theoretical clarification and theoretical basis.Through the HY group corporate culture construction situation combed,summed up the enterprise culture systematization of the specific process approach.In the process of enterprise culture analysis and measurement of HY Group,the qualitative question is solved by quantitative method,such as data questionnaire and Dennis data model analysis,so that the process of status analysis is more complete and the problem analysis result More scientific.Finally,the improvement plan of HY Group's corporate culture analysis is put forward.
