Research On The Corporate Culture Construction Plan Of Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group

The enterprise culture is regarded as the soul of enterprise,is becoming an important content of the core competitiveness,has become an important measure of enterprise quality and development potential,in the process of enterprise culture construction is the inevitable requirement to realize the strategic transformation,construction enterprises with the actual characteristics of the development of the real estate industry and the enterprise culture to promote enterprise to achieve strategic transformation and sustainable development is of great significance.This article takes the Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group's corporate culture as the research object,compared with the characteristics of the industry,through the analysis on the strategy of Shaanxi construction group the construction of enterprise culture,the enterprise culture construction project construction of concrete construction industry characteristics,provide theoretical and empirical support for the construction of enterprise culture construction industry.The main research methods used in this paper are literature review,interview,questionnaire and case study.Based on the related theories of enterprise culture and the actual development of Shaanxi construction group,this paper designs the construction plan of enterprise culture for Shaanxi construction group,and puts forward the steps and measures to implement it.In the first chapter the theory of enterprise culture,to explore the origin of enterprise culture,analyzes the concept and connotation of enterprise culture,to explore the function of enterprise culture and the important role of enterprise culture,summarizes the status of research at home and abroad,theoretical basis.On this basis,the construction of enterprise culture of the construction industry are introduced,the characteristics of enterprise culture construction industry are summarized,the enterprise culture construction present situation of Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group is analyzed,namely the company spirit layer,system layer,behavior and material culture forms,through in-depth analysis and research findings there are problems in the current value system.Then it puts forward the construction plan of enterprise culture of Shaanxi construction group,and introduces the constitution of Shaanxi Construction Group's enterprise culture system from four aspects:spirit,system,behavior and material.In the fifth part,the paper analyzes the concrete implementation measures and implementation steps of Shaanxi Construction Group Corporation culture,and studies the guarantee measures of enterprise culture implementation.Finally,the sixth part summarizes the content of this thesis and points out the problems that need further study and solution.
