Study On The Development Dynamic Mechanism Of The Small Towns In The Middle Of Shandong Area

The development of small towns is a road of rural urbanization with China's national conditions.China has entered the rapid urbanization period,in the middle area of Shandong Province,the status and function of small towns in regional development is becoming increasingly apparent.With the development of economic globalization,the arrival of the period of economic transformation in China and the construction of regional integration make the dynamic of development of small cities and towns have a fundamental change.The economy and the government is the decisive factor to promote the development of small towns,promote economic development in the industrial agglomeration and population,is the source of the growth of small towns;provide a guarantee by the government mandatory external system arrangement,policy formulation,dynamic construction for economic and social development and environment construction of small towns.In this paper,the middle area of Shandong province is the study area,the dynamic mechanism of small towns as the research object,based on the current situation,the development of small towns in a brief analysis on the characteristics,in-depth study of the source of power development in small towns and existing problems,and puts forward the measures to develop actively and steadily push into the area in small towns.The development of the relevant theoretical research and analysis in the analysis of the present development background,characteristics of small towns,from the perspective of the overall development of small towns in the area,the analysis of the development process,characteristics of spatial distribution in small towns and existing problems,and expounds the evolution dynamic mechanism of the development of small towns.After refoundding the framework,related factors on the dynamic mechanism of development in small towns were deeply analyzed,summed up the main development direction of the dynamic mechanism;put forward the development countermeasures of the construction of regional division,spatial structure optimization,industrial cluster construction and other major development such as management mechanism,market mechanism,and pointed out that the integration of resources,environmental protection is a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of small towns.Through this study,hope to find a new wayand guide the development of small towns better.
