The Research On The Development Of Small Towns Under The Background Of The Integration Of Urban And Rural Area

The integration of urban and rural area is the fundamental way to solve the "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer" issues. In the new stage of the development of the integration of urban and rural area, small towns as the center area of politics, economy, culture and life service, is the bridge and the link to contact the city and the country. The construction of small towns has the effect that cannot be underestimated to realize the integration of urban and rural development. Based on this, this article take Shuanglin town as an example from the perspective of the development of integration of urban and rural area to analyze the development of the construction of Shuanglin town deeply. What is more, this article would like to offer development ideas and countermeasures on the long term development of Shuanglin town according to the actual situation and promote the interaction between the cities, towns and new countryside construction in harmonious to achieve the economic development and social progress of small towns in the sustainable development.The full text is divided into four parts:the first part mainly combining present situation of domestic and foreign researches, to put forward the background significance, basic ideas and methods study of the development of small towns in this paper. The second part, it elaborates the influential role of small towns in the process of the integration of urban and rural area construction development. The third part mainly introduces the current situation of the construction of Shuanglin town and analysis its problems which exists in the development. And it researches the reasons of the difficulties of the construction of small towns comprehensively.The fourth part mainly puts forward the thinking and countermeasures to speed up the construction of Shuanglin as small towns further under the background of the development of the integration of urban and rural area. The construction of Shuanglin town should make full use of local resources to undertake urban industry transfer, mining town development potential, and optimizing the environment of urban development to improve the location advantage, improving the comprehensive management level,outstanding the characteristic of small towns development strategy, promoting scientific and democratic construction of small towns.
