Employees are more likely to contact and discover problems in organizations than managers. But in reality, employees often choose to be silent when they encounter problems.Employee's silence behaviors not only reduce the decision effectiveness, but also reduce the work enthusiasm. Therefore, how to reduce the silence behaviors of employees in the organization and help enterprises to develop better has become a concern of all circles. It has been found that the study of organizational political perception as the factor of the employee's silent behavior is less, which may be related to the subject sensitivity and concealment of the two subjects.According to the existing literatures, organizational political perception is the subjective evaluation of the individual's profit-seeking behavior, which affects the employee's behavior choice. In a fuzzy organizational situation, members compete for limited resources by implementing political behaviors. When employees feel "negatively treated",they will increase their silence behaviors because of the organization's low level of contribution and well-beingTherefore,this research try to combine social exchange theory and resource conservation theory, build organizational political consciousness and silence behavior theory framework. The paper argues that employees and organization is based on the reciprocal exchange relationship,at the same time will be perceived organizational support,as a kind of energy resources to organizational political perception affect employee silence behavior of the inner path.At the same time,in order to respond to the call of localization, this paper applies the tradition as a situational variable to join the research model. In this paper,we first sorted out the research literature on various related variables. Then, based on theory and scenario analysis, the research model and hypothesis are proposed. Then, the empirical research was carried out, using SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 analysis software to conduct statistical and analysis of questionnaire data, and verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis proposed in this study; At last, this paper summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of the research after the research results. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the three dimensions of POP(self-interest,pay and promotion, and the relationship of colleagues)have a positive impact on employees'silence;(2)the three dimensions of POP(self-interest,pay and promotion, and colleague relationship)have negative impact on employee organizational support;(3)organizational support plays a mediating role between the three dimensions of POP(self-interest,pay and promotion, peer relationship)and silence. The more the employees perceive the political behavior in the organization, the more they will reduce their organizational support, thus making employees reluctant to speak.(4)the staff's traditionality regulates the relationship between organizational support and employee silence. When employees are more traditional, the effect of organizational support on silent behavior is more significant than the traditional low.
