A Research On Development Strategy Of Hunan General Aviation

General Aviation has achieved certain development after the reform and opening-up, but due to restricted by various factors, compared with the general aviation developed countries, still has a lot of shortcomings. Hunan is regarded as the cradle of domestic general aviation industry, owning many general aviation tourism resources such as Zhangjiajie, phoenix and so on. The construction of airport hub center based on Changsha huanghua international airport has also made some achievements, in which the development of general aviation has a unique advantage. However, contrasting to the fact is that the development of Hunan general aviation industry is slow and the construction of infrastructure lags behind.This paper selects the Hunan general aviation as the research object, employing relevant theories to analyze the development of Hunan general aviation and putting forward strengthening low-altitude airspace, planning general aviation management as a whole, meeting the need of General aviation talents, promoting general airport and supporting facilities construction, improving the general aviation laws and regulationsand industry standard etc to promote the process of Hunan general aviation development. By combining theory with practice, the advantage and related issues of Hunan general aviation is studied, the demand of the Hunan general aviation development is analyzed, and put forward the targeted solutions that can provide some ideas and theory of decision-making basis for the development of Hunan general aviation.
