The real estate industry is closely related to people’s livelihood.It is an important industry of the national economy,the real estate enterprises,real estate financing has always been a priority of the real estate industry,as a demand for capital intensive industries,in the land development and construction requires a lot of capital investment,whether to effectively manage the huge capital chain is of vital importance to the enterprise often endanger.With the central government to further strengthen the real estate policy,the real estate market has gradually decline,coupled with China’s real estate financial market is not perfect,and many real estate of their own lack of funds,the final is the prevailing "loan development" of the real estate in our country.And financing difficulties,difficult financing,high cost of financing has become the primary problem troubled China’s real estate development.As China’s real estate industry leader,capital chain loose is the key elements of its development of B real estate.In the face of the real estate development process difficulties,explore the problem of financing of real estate,find the crux of the problem and the solution,B has become the key of promoting the stable development of the real estate industry.This paper will use the research method of combining theory with practice,to B real estate as an example,to explore the B estate in the existing financing problems,analyze the reasons of the problems of B real estate financing process,and through the case and summing up the experience,put forward the corresponding improvement measures.First of all,through discussing the research background,summarizes the overall status and characteristics of China’s real estate show at the same time,the influence factors of the development of China’s real estate financing mode and principle.Secondly,from the general situation,B enterprise financial status,influencing factors and financial analysis of the four aspects,discusses the current B in the real estate financing present situation,through the analysis of a deeper understanding of B company;thirdly,from the current financing mode of B real estate in all sorts of data,analysis of the problems and the reasons existing in the financing of the current B in,and through the analysis of real estate macro economy,provide their own point of view and conclusion for the diversification of real estate finance B.
