The Research On Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasure Of Taicang Port Management

With the rapid development of social-economic,more and more obstacles are encountered in the development of China's port.Among them,the management mode which is not adapted to the needs of current port development becomes an important bottleneck hindering the development of the domestic port.Taicang Port which is the first inland port be taken as harbor management,should seize the opportunities,rely on policy support,change management concept,and constantly improve the management,open up a new path for the development of domestic port.In this paper,writer takes Taicang Port as the object of study.It points out the positive significance and the effect of the management of the harbor by analyzing the current situation of management of Taicang Port,and puts forward new ideas for the management of domestic ports by analyzing the problems of Taicang Port in planning,construction,administration and safety management in the development about recent years,also by drawing on the management experience of the representative port in the world.Finally,it proposes four aspects of corresponding policy recommendations to optimize the management of Taicang Port based on the analysis of the study in order to further expand the port of Taicang port management advantages,and promote the rapid development of the port to lay a good foundation.
