Research On Current Situation,Constraint And Counter Measure Of Agricultural Mechanization Development In Taicang

"Valuing agriculture has long been the outline of the nation".Agriculture is viewed as the basic industry of national economy and agricultural modernization is one of the important tasks to become a comprehensive well-off society.Moreover,agricultural mechanization is not only taken as a significant symbol of modern agriculture but also the material and technological foundation.Modern agricultural equpment is not just a substitute for traditional labor production tools,furthermore,it has more and more direct impacts on the standardized widespread using of advanced agricultural technology and the agricultural sustainable development.So,it is of great importance to speed up the pace of agricultural mechanization to promote agricultural modernization.The overall strength of Taicang,Jiangsu province,has always been in the top 10 counties nationwide.In recent years,it takes full advantage of the reform and development,viewing agricultural modernization as a key task of "Four modernizations synchronization".It actively promotes to transform and upgrade the agriculture as well.In this situation,the agricultural mechanization of Taicang city has achieved a sustained,rapid and healthy development,playing the leading role in all agricultural modernization among Jiangsu province and even the whole nation.Up to now,the city's comprehensive agricultural mechanization level reaches more than 86%,among which the main comprehensive mechanization level of crop production amounts to over 92%.However,the rapid development process of Taicang city also brings about some problems.It is significant to summarize the current situation of agricultural mechanization industry in Taicang,conclude its excellent methods,analyze its problems and put forward reasonable suggestions.The main contents of this thesis are as follows to promote the rapid and healthy development of agricultural mechanization in Taicang:1.The researcher overviews the development and current situation of the agricultural mechanization industry both at home and abroad by referring to the literatures.Meanwhile,the researcher makes a field survey to obtain the latest data,analyzes and summarizes the development process and situation of agricultural mechanization in Taicang.2.Based on the current situation of agricultural mechanization industry,this thesissummarizes the excellent methods of Taicang in the following respects:agricultural policy,agricultural subsidy,agricultural display,government purchase service,farmer training,straw turnover,full mechanization of rice and wheat,agricultural social service,agricultural machinery supervision and so on.Additionally,it sums up constraints of agricultural mechanization in the areas of professional personnel,major food crop cultivation,infrastructure construction,machinery development,equipment purchase investment,agricultural machinery update scrap,agricultural service organization vitality and so on.According to the existing problems in the development of agricultural mechanization industry in Taicang,the corresponding suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of government regulation and policy,new-type personnel training,supporting facilities construction,industrial service optimization,related system renewal and typical demonstration guidance.It is hoped that this research could provide reference for the future development of agricultural mechanization in Taicang,Jiangsu province and even other parts of the country,and promoting the further development of China's agricultural mechanization.
