In the 21 st century,social is changing rapidly.Competition between companies is becoming increasingly fierce.The importance of High-quality talent in the company has become more and more prominent.The company will face irreparable economic losses with the continuous losing of talent.Therefore,the problem of brain drain is getting more and more companies’ attention.ZX Company is a financial company,which provides financial services,consultation,financial product sales and financial support.In recent years,the brain drain problem in ZX Company appears gradually,which leads to slow growth of the company’s business.The brain drain problem has already become an important factor to influence the ZX Company’s market competitiveness.Based on the concept of brain drain and talent,this paper takes three incentive theories and three employee turnover models as theoretical support,taking ZX as the research object,focusing on ZX Company brain drain problem,to find out the main cause of the problem and propose solutions.This paper mainly designes the questionnaire by interviewing human resources experts and resigned personnel,and identifies the final questionnaire with 16 questions through pre-release.Four factors were proposed from 16 questions by using factor analysis.The correlation between these four factors and brain drain was verified.Differences in the causes of brain drain due to individual variables were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and find out that there are significant differences in the causes of brain drain in three different positions.By using multiple linear regression analysis,the main reasons for the loss of the three types of talent are analyzed.Finally,according to the reasons of the talent loss of the three types of personnel,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem of brain drain.
