In the past few years,the role of talent in China's economic and social development has received unprecedented attention.The talent issue is not only important for national development,but also a key issue for enterprise development.A war on talent competition has been fully carried out in all walks of life across the country.Although the current research on brain drain in China is very rich,there are relatively few countermeasures for talent retention in small and medium-sized enterprises.In order to retain talents,enterprises must comprehensively sort out the relevant theories and practices of talent retention and conduct in-depth research in light of the actual situation of Chinese enterprises.Based on the internal personnel of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company,and the investigation and analysis of the resigned personnel,this paper finds that the current situation of the brain drain of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company is very serious.By analyzing the current situation of the brain drain of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company,it is found that the company has mismatched personnel,no scientific and effective performance compensation system,unfair treatment for employees,lack of staff training mechanism and lack of brain drain issues such as early warning mechanisms.Being able to retain talent is the goal of the company,and it is necessary to prevent brain drain through necessary analysis.Through the analysis of the current reasons for the brain drain of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company,based on talent theory,brain drain theory,work exit theory,career management theory and Price model,the perfect recruitment system,performance compensation system and employee training system are proposed.And establish an early warning mechanism for brain drain to improve the current situation of the brain drain of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company solve the difficult problem of human resources management,and make the internal human resources management aspect of the enterprise more normal.The thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the preface.It presents the research background and significance,research ways and details,theoretical basis and literature commentary,and introduces the experience of reading the literature and theoretical research.The second chapter is the research on the current situation of brain drain of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company.Through the questionnaire and core talent interviews,the reasons for the company's brain drain are analyzed.The third chapter is aimed at the current situation of the brain drain of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company and the reasons for the brain drain.From the aspects of corporate recruitment,performance compensation,employee training and corporate culture,we will conduct in-depth research and establish a strategy suitable for Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company.The fourth chapter is the implementation and protection of countermeasures.In response to the countermeasures proposed in the third chapter,we will find out the main points of the implementation of the countermeasures,and provide protection from the human and organizational aspects of the enterprise.It is hoped that the research on the brain drain problem of Changchun Northeast Asia Logistics Limited Company will help other SMEs in China.
