Study On The Development Level Evaluation And Structure Optimization Of Agricultural Circular Economy In Wei County

With the rapid development of science and technology,the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment is becoming increasingly acute.The traditional agricultural production pattern has already caused serious pollution to the ecological environment,Therefore,the development of agricultural circular economy has become an inevitable choice to solve the current problems.Wei County is a traditional agricultural county,the main planting of grain crops and cash crops.In recent years,Wei County has constantly adjusted the industrial structure of agriculture,expanded the scale of animal husbandry,and introduced many large scale breeding enterprises,which has improved the level of local economic development.However,animal husbandry is a highly polluting industry,the establishment of large-scale farms has greatly threatened the local ecological environment,and has also brought severe challenges to the sustainable development of Wei County's agriculture.In order to solve the problem of serious pollution and low utilization rate of livestock and poultry waste in the development of planting and animal husbandry,the development route of agricultural circular economy needs to be deeply explored,so that the internal resources of agriculture are optimally allocated and utilized.First of all,this article combed the domestic and foreign related theory and research progress of circular economy,provided the theoretical basis for the follow-up research;Secondly,we discussed the basic situation based on the field investigation in Wei County.Moreover,we analyzed the necessity,advantages,development situation and main problems of Wei County to develop the agricultural circular economy;Thirdly,according to the basic theory and principle of circular economy,combined with the actual situation of Wei County,we constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural circular economy in Wei County,and used the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method to assign weights to determine the weight of each index.Based on this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the development level of agricultural circular economy in Wei County in recent years;Fourth,in order to give full play to the county's resource advantages,to realize the virtuous circle of ecology,to create maximum economic benefit and ecological benefit,this paper constructed multi-objective optimization model from three aspects of economy,ecology and resource recycling,and optimized theobjective function by genetic algorithm.According to the optimization results,the paper puts forward some practical suggestions on the development of agricultural circular economy in Wei county.
