In the modern financial service system,rural finance is the important component of poverty is a hard nut to hoe".When financial services are combined with poverty alleviation,how to effectively carry Soviet Area,is one of a long history and rich resources of the area of our country,but because of the historical reasons and the natural conditions are limited,poor condition for a long time in the area,the area for poverty reduction target 1 million 50 thousand and 600 people,the poverty rate is about 11%.According to the instructions of general secretary Xi Jinping of poverty alleviation precise instructions,Gannan area is put forward to create special agricultural products deep processing base,advanced manufacturing base,the national rare metal industry base and the old revolutionary base in China to tackle poverty alleviation demonstration area,promote the combination of red tourism and local agricultural industry poverty alleviation mode,countries provide sufficient foundation finance,aided by the case of Grameen Bank,Latin American financial institutions,India micro credit crisis,a comprehensive elaboration the development direction of domestic and foreign rural financial markets and trends.Focus on the combination of Gannan area unique cultural heritage and characteristics of agricultural products,in response to the national call for rural poverty alleviation accurate,simple elaboration of Gannan area financial service system and poverty alleviation strategy,finally discusses Gannan rural financial poverty alleviation precise sustainable development of strategy.The research ideas of this subject are literature investigation,theoretical research,induction and summarization.Will focus on the use of rural financial Gannan precise poverty this theme,to Bank village;case study need to broaden the sources of funds in China;fully guide microfinance institutions at the grass-roots level;fully carry out the initiative of microfinance institutions;strengthen the supervision mechanism,improve the internal management;clear definition of the amount of the loan,the establishment of incentive mechanism of loan.(4)Through the case of micro financial institutions in Latin America,we need to reasonably control the ceiling of loans,fully cooperate with each other,follow the laws of the market and set the prices of products reasonably.(5)Through the case of India micro credit crisis enlightenment of microfinance institutions need to improve the internal management system of our country;strengthen guidance and supervision to the business of small loan companies;government and microfinance industry complement each other.(6)The realization of sustainable development of rural financial precise poverty can follow the financial institutions and the government to cooperate fully with the precise poverty;increase Gannan State support industry financial support;follow the laws of the market design of financial
