Founded in 1993,XY construction Group Co.Ltd has been leading in the domestic architecture field during the past 20 years of development.However,with the rapid development of the company,human resources management has gradually shown a relative lag,outstanding performance for the company's staff performance management system is relatively backward.The enthusiasm behind the performance management system can not only mobilize the staff work,but also caused the unreasonable distribution,greatly dampened the initiative of the staff,to a certain extent restricts the further development of the company.Therefore,there is an urgent need to strengthen the construction of human resource management,optimize the performance management system,and promote the upgrading of staff performance,for the company to provide human resources in the fierce market competition advantage.This paper takes the performance management of XY Construction Company as the research object,and finds out that there are some outstanding problems in the performance management system: the performance management system is not perfect,the main body and the assessment method are single,the assessment object is not comprehensive,the application result is not enough,Staff participation is not high.The main reasons for these problems are: high-level understanding of the role of performance management is insufficient,did not give a high degree of attention;system design level is low;assessment and staff relationship is not enough.Based on the above problems,this paper presents the XY construction company's performance management system optimization program.The program is mainly designed from the following aspects: in the staff performance management system design goals and in principle stressed that the performance appraisal is to pass the examination to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff to create an atmosphere of survival of the fittest,and through the assessment of the problem to further improve the diagnosis effect.This will enable employees to fully participate,adhere to the goal-oriented,adhere to objective and impartial,but also easy to operate.Using KPI method to decompose the performance management of XY construction company,design the three levels of performance management method of company level,department level and staff,and gradually establish the performance management system which conforms to the development of XY construction company.The different employees(middle and grass-roots staff)in different assessment cycle have different assessment content;strengthen the remuneration and jobs involved in the core interests of employees indicators,the assessment results and staff remuneration,job adjustment,training,career development Fully integrated.To achieve this optimization program,we need to strengthen the performance management of the organization team,strengthen the performance management participants training,strengthen the performance management process control and full support and participation in these four areas to protect.
