Human resources are the most valuable wealth, is the enterprise competitiveadvantage of important rely on, the era of knowledge economy, competition betweenenterprises depends largely on the human resources of the business enterprisemanagement elements, the enterprise only has abundant human resources, and to takeeffective measures to stimulate the potential of employees, so that they will help buildin the enterprise core competitive advantage. Performance management as animportant tool for human resource management and one of the modules, completes thiswork of great significance. The current performance management in the field ofenterprise management has been widely used, exploration of many enterprises in theperformance management, which played a great role in the ascension of the wholelevel of the enterprise performance management. L group company belongs to theconstruction machinery industry, as China’s construction machinery industry, intensecompetition, many enterprises have encountered difficulties, face many difficulties inthe development of many engineering machinery enterprises, continuous innovation inmanagement, has made some achievements, but still low overall level of performancemanagement, far from meeting the need not the development of enterprises, so it isnecessary to research the subject of performance management, hope that through thisstudy to the level of performance management of engineering machinery enterprise tobring more theoretical guidance.This paper researched the L group, the integrated use of survey research, literatureresearch, comparative research methods, combined with the research results ofperformance management, in order to optimize the performance management processof the group as a logical clue, based on the current problems and the performance management of the enterprise, put forward the enterprise performance managementsystem and performance management system of safeguard measures.First of all, through the analysis of one one to the performance management of Lgroup company problem in L group, believes that the current situation of staffperformance management did not achieve the desired effect, there are many problems.The implementation of performance plan, performance is not perfect performanceappraisal validity deviation, is not high, the lack of performance feedback problemsdirectly dragged down the company’s performance appraisal validity and reliability.Performance management is not satisfactory to directly reduce the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, this is a negative impact on enterprise development.Secondly, according to the performance evaluation of the company’s problems,established the performance management system of L group company, puts forward thedesign of performance management system and improve the needs from differentaspects, so as to effectively enhance the L corporation performance levels ofemployees, and create a good competitive advantage for the enterprise development.Third, in the L group in the implementation of performance management system,performance plan, the implementation of closely linked, assessment and feedback ofeach link is very important in the system of performance management, to ensure thateach link can effectively. At the same time to begin in the organizational structure,organizational culture, organizational system, staff training and other aspects, toachieve the smooth implementation of performance management system. Thesesecurity measures are essential to the performance management work smoothly, onlydo a good job in the basic work, to ensure the smooth implementation of the newperformance management system better.Finally, the L group in the continuous improvement process of performancemanagement, on one hand we should combine their actual situation of adjustment, atthe same time, we should pay attention to the performance management theory oflearning. There is no "magic formula" performance management improvement, theneed to explore in practice.
