The Bank of Zhengzhou is an important part of the financial system in Henan Province,but with foreign shareholding commercial banks and Sino foreign joint venture commercial banks are gradually entering into China's financial market,is bound to China's existing joint-stock banks caused a huge impact.To stimulate and train the employees' work motivation,is to improve the efficiency of the industry staff,improve the level of banking services,so that the banks in the industry to gain a foothold and a long-term development of the fundamental.As the Bank of Zhengzhou's business expansion,undergraduate and graduate more students to enrich the bank's staff,which also led to the current Zhengzhou banks after young employees gradually occupy a dominant position,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey to young employees' work motivation as the main research object,according to the results of the investigation further analysis of the existing problems in the staff motivation,so as to solve the problem of the feasible suggestions.The study is divided into five parts.First introduced the research background,significance and main innovations of this paper,by using literature review,related theory,discusses and summarizes the domestic on work motivation concept definition and motivation content subsequently,through a questionnaire survey of the way to the Bank of Zhengzhou after the young staff's motivation to carry on the investigation and data collection.The research aimed at the young employees of Zhengzhou bank,using the method of random sampling,issued a questionnaire of 280,a total of 263 questionnaires were collected,of which there were valid questionnaires of 247.The first part of the questionnaire is designed to investigate the basic situation of the individual,and the second part is about the influence of young employees' work motivation.According to the characteristics of work motivation will be divided into survival motivation,motivation,self motivation,motive power,responsibility Motivation,interest motivation and motivation to participate in seven sub motivationresearch,analysis results show that the survival motivation after young employees' work motivation in the dominant position,while the jobs and the nature of the work and encourage employees to bear the pressure and responsibility,responsibility motivation has become an intrinsic driving force,nearly 80% of employees think when work according to their own interest,will complete it more positively,it also let the interest motivation in work motivation was third.Nearly 79.3% of employees want to be able to participate in the management of the bank,their views will be adopted to stimulate their enthusiasm for work.There are 75% of employees believe that a harmonious understanding of the relationship will make their work harder.Based on the analysis results,starting from the young employees personal perspective,should further help the employees to establish the correct values,cultivate interest,enhance the ability to work and help the staff to set appropriate goals on four aspects.Starting from the angle of bank management organization in Zhengzhou,should develop a reasonable salary system,to create a good working environment,smooth staff promotion space and implement necessary employee participation management model in four aspects.Starting from the two aspects of personal and organizational management,the paper further improves the working motivation of the young employees of Zhengzhou bank after the year of.
