Tobacco products themselves have a certain degree of specificity,in order to achieve the centralized management of tobacco products,for a long time our government has adopted a tough policy to maintain the implementation of tobacco monopoly system.With China's accession to the International Trade Organization,the market economy under the rapid development of the tobacco industry also introduced a market competition mechanism,which for the tobacco industry has brought a huge impact.In order to protect the environmental tobacco market,the tobacco industry needs to optimize the traditional marketing strategy,analyze the actual development needs of the tobacco market,and explore the new marketing ideas in combination with the regional demand.Luohe City Tobacco Company is the prefecture-level city of Henan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,responsible for regional tobacco monopoly work.Therefore,in order to achieve the healthy development of the cigarette market,Luohe Tobacco Company should analyze the existing problems and causes of the cigarette market at present,and explore the marketing strategy according to the scientific marketing theory.Luohe tobacco companies to carry out marketing activities,should be 4P marketing mix theory,based on the market segment selection of key target market,clear different target market product portfolio,select efficient marketing channels to meet the different types and levels of customer spending need.Based on the survey results,this paper analyzes a series of problems existing in the cigarette market of Luohe City,and analyzes the causes of its products.Based on the results of the survey,this paper analyzes the problems of the retailers in Luohe City,,Price reasons,channel reasons,reasons for the promotion and the reasons for customer loss and other reasons for the study.Finally,the paper puts forward the marketing strategy and its implementation safeguard measures of Luohe tobacco company in combination with the problem and the reason.In this paper,the questionnaire survey method is used to study the marketing strategy of Luohe tobacco company and the optimization plan.It is of greatsignificance for Luohe Tobacco Company to improve its service level and improve the satisfaction of retailers to tobacco companies.
