The Competitive Advantage Evaluation Research Of The Three Northeast Provinces Manufacturing Enterprise Based On Innovation Driven Development Strategy

The northeastern provinces manufacturing enterprise are faced with the growing pains while they rely more on progress of science and technology improvement of laborers quality and the drive of talent management innovation with the presentation of the innovation driven development strategy.In addition balancing the relationship between economic and ecological environment coordinated development,promoting the closer integration of the informatization and industrialization then finding the new road of better higher quality,better benefit and the advantages of structure are the way the Northeastern provinces manufacturing enterprise aim to.Therefore,the research under the innovation-driven development strategy on how to promote northeast manufacturing enterprise competitive advantage explore an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of industry,not only has theoretical value,but also has important practical significance.Firstly,this article prescribes the connotation of manufacturing,innovation driven,competitive advantage and summarizes the classification of the manufacturing industry,the characteristics of the competitive advantage and the innovation drive.On the basis of this analyze the relationship between innovation-driven development strategy and enhancement of the manufacturing enterprise competitive advantage.Secondly,this article analyzes the relationship between the innovation-driven development strategy and the competitive advantage of the manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces.According to the definition of basic concepts and the status quo of domestic and foreign research,this paper analyzes the relationship between innovation-driven development strategy and manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces,and defines the influencing factors of competitive advantage of manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China under the innovation-driven development strategy.Thirdly,this article evaluates comprehensively the competitive advantage of the manufacturing enterprises in the three northeastern provinces under the innovation-driven development strategy.In this paper,we use the method of cluster analysis to select preselected evaluation,and construct the six levels,25 manufacturing enterprises competitive advantage evaluation indicator at the bottom of the three northeast provinces of comprehensive evaluation index system based on the related research.At the same time,establish the innovation drive manufacturing enterprises under the background of ascension comprehensive evaluation system of competitive advantage.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method to give the indicators weight according to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the combination of the underlying index objective data,the fuzzy evaluation method for the optimization,the single factor index and comprehensive index of evaluation under the background of ascension three comprehensive evaluation system of competitive advantage.Verify the rationality and applicability of the manufacturing enterprise comprehensive evaluation system and find out the deficiencies the three northeast provinces faced with under this background.Finally,analyze the result of the empirical research and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Providing strategy choice of promoting manufacturing enterprise competitive advantage from the four aspects of innovation driven development strategy.The countermeasure and the suggestion putting forward not only for manufacturing to provide effective decision-making to enhance the enterprise core competitiveness,but also for the government to make development strategy of science and technology and provide a scientific basis for fiscal policy of science and technology.According to the research in this paper the connotation,classification and characteristics of the manufacturing,northeast manufacturing industry,innovation-driven development strategy and the competitive advantage have been clear.The factors of manufacturing enterprise innovation-driven development strategy competitive advantage in three northeast provinces factors have been studied and the index system has been screened.Then build the evaluation index system and analyze the index system empirically.Finally,combining the empirical results with our current situation,corresponding countermeasures are put forward that have been providing the beneficial references to improve the three Northeastern provinces manufacturing enterprise competitive advantage under the innovation-driven development strategy.
