Research On Organization Mechanism Of Enterprise Innovation Based On Platform

With the rapid development of Internet and e-commerce,as the practitioner of"Internet +" thinking,platform enterprise has been widely popularized,whichgradually become the backbone of social economy and public service.At present,with the successful rise of platform enterprises,which are with innovation as the goal,so that enterprises pay more attention to that how to use platform enterprise core resources—platform,to make enterprise have sustained innovation ability in the market.Though using the platform,this kind of platform enterprises provide infiastructure and service what innovation needs for innovation groups/individuals inside and outside the enterprises,which bring together innovative talents both inside and outside the enterprise,and continues to export innovative products to market.In the process of that platform enterprise launches innovation,the innovation subject includes innovation talents inside and outside the enterprise,whose targets and the targets of enterprise shows synergy,the two sides achieve win-win situation though complementary advantages,and the network structure ensures that each innovation is independent and orderly,at the same time,the principle of co-creation and sharing of interests ensures the equal relationship between the two sides,so that innovation has continuity.The interaction of the four elements of the innovation organization mechanism reveals innovative organization mechanism of platform enterprises with innovation as the goal,in view of the current research on platform enterprise innovation rarely involves organization mechanism of enterprise innovation based on platform,it has become the focus of the current research.This paper takes Handu Group as an example' to explore the organizationmechanism of platform enterprise innovation,and construct the mechanism model of platform enterprise innovation.We first look up and analyze the relevant existing literature,so as to find the gap of existing research,in order to determine the research ideas of this paper;however,in order to obtain information related to the innovation of Handu Group,we conducted a field investigation,collected relevant data materials and related literature online and looked up related literature,and we attempted to epurate the role of platform in enterprise innovation based on platform and the characteristics of the basic elements that constitute an organization;Finally,combining the narrative analysis of case data and the existing related research,we analyze in depth organization mechanism of enterprise innovation based onplatform.Through the in-depth dialogue between theory and related data,this paper puts forward relevant opinions,and attempts to build organization mechanism model of enterprise innovation based on platform.Through the case analysis of Handu Group,we draw the following conclusions:(1)the elements of organization mechanism of enterprise innovation based on platform are:innovation subject,structure,governance rules and objectives,which show new features under the platform background.The innovation subject tends to total-national-autonomy during enterprise innovation based on the platform.The organization structure of enterprise innovation based on platform presents network characteristics.The governance of the innovation subject follows the co-creating and sharing principle.The target of platform enterprise and innovation entity show synergy,the platform enterprise is with innovation as its goal.(2)The process of enterprise innovation based on platform is the process of mutual cooperation and restriction among the four elements of organization mechanism.The four elements of innovation organization mechanism are interdependent and inseparable.The process of mutual cooperation among the innovation subject,the network structure,the governance rule of co-creating and sharing,and the synergistic goals means the process of enterprise innovation based on platform.In this paper,though the analysis of product innovation of Handu Group,we explore the organization mechanism of the enterprise innovation based on platform,construct the organization mechanism model of the enterprise innovation based on platform.On the one hand,our research enriches the research ideas and contents of platform enterprises,on the other hand,it provides practical guidance for creative management and sustainable innovation of platform enterprises,sustainable innovation of platform enterprise make it maintain the sustainable competitive advantage in the market.In addition,this paper adopts the single.case research method to explore organization mechanism model of enterprise innovation based on platform,which means that there will be some limitations of replication and expansion,In the latter research,we can use multiple cases and other ways to analyze the related problems,so as to verify the views put forward in this paper.
