In recent years, the optimization of industrial structure has been the theme of the development of region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is closely related to the rational utilization of land resources. In terms of the attribute of resources, land is a scarce resource. Its position is fixed and its area is limited, and its utilization efficiency is directly related to the development of economy and industry. With the development of society and the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, the demand for land is increasing day by day, which makes the contradiction between land supply and land demand more acute. So,how to optimize the industrial structure and improve the level of intensive land use at the same time to promote the coordinated development of the two becomes a problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical and empirical analysis of the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei of the coordinated development of intensive land use and industrial structure optimization level of a more systematic analysis.Based on important strategic background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development and the analysis of relevant theories and methods of land intensive utilization and coordinated development of industrial structure,13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2006 to 2015 are taken as the research objects.A comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed to quantify the coordinated development level of land intensive utilization and industrial structure optimization. The spatial pattern evolution characteristics of coordinated land use and industrial structure optimization are analyzed from macro and micro levels by means of barycenter transfer model and hot spot analysis. Finally, the GWR model is used to analyze the influencing factors, which is helpful for the cities to grasp their own advantages and disadvantages more clearly. It will lay the foundation for promoting industrial structure optimization and land intensive utilization "double wheel drive" in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,so as to realize long-term prosperity and healthy development of the region. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By using the coordinated development degree model to calculate the level of intensive land utilization and industrial structure optimization and coordinate development level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Combining with the classification standard,we can know that the stage and type of coordinated development can be divided.(1)From 2006 to 2015,the level of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows an upward trend, regional differences gradually reduced, but the overall level of development is still low and regional differences are obvious.(2)In terms of the types of coordinated development, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during the past 10 years is in an antagonistic stage(Class III),Running-in phase(class IV,V)and Coordination phase(VI,VIII,IX class). It is divided into three stages and six types, among which the coordinated development stage presents a shuttle pattern of "middle width and narrow ends" in general, and the most kinds of coordinated development types are borderline maladjustment and barely coordinated type.On the whole,it is characterized by "high in the middle and low in the north and south",with the characteristics of flaky zoning agglomeration.(2)Based on the analysis of the shift of gravity, the autocorrelation of global space and the hot spots in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2006 to 2015,we can know that:(1)The center of gravity of the degree of coordinated development is always located in the northeast direction of the geometric center of the region, and the law moves from southwest to northeast direction gradually to the direction of geometric center, and the difference between east and west direction gradually expands. But the difference between north and south direction is gradually narrowing, which indicates that the overall trend of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tends to be stable, and also shows that the spatial differences of the degree of coordinated development among cities are shrinking.(2)The characteristics of the global spatial pattern of the degree of coordinated development show a sustained trend of spatial agglomeration, and the intensity of the agglomeration generally shows the trend of "W".(3)Coordinated development of the hot and cold spots in the spatial pattern of the overall characteristics of a more stable "northern hot south cold",from "hot small cold big" to "hot big cold small",hot spots(including sub-hot spots)is increasing, cold spots(Including sub-cooling points)have been declining, regional differences have narrowed, and some cities have changed between hot and cold or hot and cold sub-hot spots.(3)Through the analysis of the influence factors of the GWR model on the degree of coordinated development,it can be seen that the parameter estimation results of each factor are positive or negative, which indicates that there is a significant spatial difference in the degree of influence on the coordinated development. The influencing factors of the degree of coordinated development are the level of science and technology, the regional policy, the ecological environment and the level of economic development, among which the first three regression coefficients are all positive. It shows that these three factors have a great positive driving effect on the degree of coordinated development.
