A Study On The Comment On Energy Structure Optimization From The Perspective Of Energy Security

With the rapid development of the world economy,especially the developing countries who blindly pursuit the economic development China cannot afford the way of costing a large number of energy resources into economic development as the driving force because the greenhouse gas?CO₂ Main?emissions caused by the extreme weather is getting higher and higher.Although China enjoys a large number of resource,the economic growth mode that mainly relies on cost a large number of energy resources to stimulate economic growth already cannot meet the requirements of the development of economy.In order to change the economic growth mode,the problem of unreasonable energy structure needs to be solved fundamentally.This thesis analyzes the factors influencing the energy supply structure through the way of the qualitative and quantitative research methods from the perspective of energy security.By adopting the set pair analysis method for evaluation,the optimization strategy of China's energy structure is finally puts forward in this thesis:The first part discusses about the energy structure form the perspective of energy security.First of all,this part defines Chinese energy security connotation and influencing factors according to Chinese energy structure development status and requirements.Then,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the existing energy supply structure,the energy demand structure and the energy environment and the status based on the energy resource characteristic of our country.Finally,the thesis analyzes the challenges of energy structure optimization under the perspective of the energy security.In the second part,this thesis analyzes the energy structure and its influencing factors based on the energy security.First,according to the analysis of the main factors influencing the definition of energy security and the main influencing factors of energy structure optimization in the first part,the trend between energy structure and energy security representative is determined.Then the author adopts the econometric model of energy security and energy structure co-integration analysis to determine its endogenous relationship.The causal relationship between energy security and energy structure is also determined in the same time.The macro-control policy is added into 3E?energy,economy and environment?model to become the SES comprehensive evaluation model.After analyzed the influencing factors of energy structure optimization in these four systems,and conclude the influencing factors of these quantitative factors,this thesis analyzes the mechanism of these corresponding factors.Finally,these influencing factors are classified and selected,and a comprehensive evaluation model of energy structure optimization is constructed.In the third part,this thesis discusses about the evaluation model of the energy structure rationality.Based on the mechanism analysis of SES complex large-scale system,the entropy weight-Delphi method is adopted to measure the weight of safety energy structure and the selection of indicators.Then the author evaluates the indicators of the safety energy structure optimization model based on the set pair analysis method.The fourth part discusses about the Chinese energy supply structure strategy research from the perspective of the energy security.The Chinese energy structure optimization strategy is put forward based on the analysis of the data above and evaluation results in the conclusion part.
