| As the central government puts forward the "Belt and Road" strategy,an increasing number of Chinese enterprises have gone global to participate in international competition and cooperation to achieve win-win results.With more and more enterprises"going global",the tax departments in China are in urgent need of policies and services to support enterprises in the face of opportunities and challenges in new era.Currently,tax services in China are still evolving and there are problems that needed to be addressed.Analysis of current tax services and exploration of measures to improve them will be conducive to the adherence of tax payers to the tax law,orderly growth of tax revenues and rapid socio-economic development in an all-round way.Based on the "Belt and Road" strategy,this paper takes full advantage of literature analysis,analyzes the goals and implications of tax services by way of materials obtained from library,internet and other channels.Meanwhile,it makes effective use of comparative analysis,compares and analyzes in depth the current status quo of domestic and foreign tax services,and summarizes experience.Then it explores the problems and challenges in tax services of Fujian Province by systematic analysis in the "Belt and Road" context,properly draws lessons from practices both at home and abroad,and offers up suggestions on how to improve tax services.The paper concludes that the quality and efficiency of tax services in Fujian Province can be enhanced by increasing awareness of services,improving working mechanisms,promoting information and technology,establishing a sound legal system and developing tax agency. |
