DZ Construction Enterprise Internationalization Development Strategy Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

During the implementation of the “Belt and Road”,China has formulated a series of support policies to provide strong support for Chinese enterprises to “go global”.When companies make strategic investments overseas,they not only enhance the strength and development of the company,it is also a development opportunity for the host country.For example,it can improve the local employment and architecture level,so as to achieve a win-win situation.However,while seizing development opportunities and moving towards internationalization,Chinese enterprises are also facing greater risks,especially in political,economic,cultural,and legal aspects.In recent years,domestic construction industries have been extremely fierce competition,and the market has become saturated.There have been problems such as falling profit margins.The implementation of the "Belt and Road" provides opportunities for the development of the construction industry,and more and more construction companies have begun to implement the "going global" international business strategy.However,due to foreign political and economic risk factors,as well as the ability of enterprises to control risks,there are some problems.This requires enterprises to solve problems through strategic drive and gain an advantage in overseas market competition.Based on the SWOT analysis,the DZ Construction Group’s international development strategy is got.The QSPM strategic evaluation matrix is used to determine the development strategy paths,and the development strategy guarantee measures are proposed.The research of this article is expected to provide an important reference for the implementation of overseas development strategies of my country’s construction companies under the background of "One Belt One Road".
