Research On The Optimization Of Endowment Insurance Policies For Land-expropriated Farmers In Qujing City

With the acceleration of industrialization and the further development of urbanization,more and more rural collective lands are requisitioned for industrial construction and urban construction.As the scale increases,the number of farmers whose lands have been requisitioned increases year by year,forming a large-scale Of land-expropriated peasant groups.At present,most young and middle-aged rural migrant workers go out to work,and the traditional model of supporting the aged by lands and family support by the next generation in the rural tradition is no longer solid and reliable.Therefore,how to arrange the pension for the land-expropriated farmers has become a serious challenge for now and in the future social development.Establishing the perfect endowment insurance system for the land-expropriated farmers through institutional means is an effective measure to deal with this challenge and resolve related social problems.So this article starts with the analysis of land acquisition that brings great challenges to the social stability and development,and puts forward the main measures to improve the social security system of land-expropriated farmers,then further analyses the key points and difficulties of proposing that improving the pension insurance policy is to improve the social security system of land-expropriated farmers,which is needed to research and improve.Through the analysis of the four main problems existing in the endowment insurance policy of land-expropriated farmers in Qujing City,I find the main causes of the problems from the process of policy formulation and policy implementation and put forward some proper advice to improve of the endowment insurance policy of land-expropriated farmers in Qujing City.This article is based on the social security public policy of Qujing City and the social security theory,public product theory and government function theory.At the same time,it adopts the empirical research methods,such as field interview,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis.To some extent to provide theoretical basis and experience for improving social security policies,it must be sure that the research results are truthful and reliable and the practical value and realistic significance of the suggestions are manifested.
