Research On The Business Model Of Coal And Electricity Industry Fuel Serve Ring(FSR)Platform

With the continuous development and progress of Internet technology,the traditional coal and electricity industry has also launched a trend of "Internet +" transformation.In order to promote the coal industry in response to the economic of the challenges facing the new normal,promote the clean and efficient and sustainable development,this paper from the "+" Internet platform ecosystem perspective on business model of coal industry transformation and upgrading of the value chain has carried on the thorough analysis and study,draw lessons from the existing literature,based on Internet platform thinking and coal electric power industry development needs,exploration of new type of fuel coal industry ecosystem service Internet platform business model,and aimed at extending coal industry chain,enhancing the added value of the coal economy,promote the development of information network technology and the coal industry.This paper introduces the current situation of the development of coal industry in China and the existing problems,and put forward the systemic solutions to solve these problems,based on "Internet + coal industry" as the guiding ideology to construct coal industry fuel service ecosystem(FSR)platform.FSR platform with advanced CBF coal blending technology and the Internet creates a large data set procurement,logistics distribution,mixed production,power plants burning real-time monitoring and data sharing service platform for the Internet ecosystem,and relying on the Internet platform for all members of the effective docking and real-time interaction.FSR platform based on coal industry background,concept,and analyzed in the full range of stakeholders and platform business,sums up the FSR platform in energy conservation and emissions reduction,will increase the efficiency of the coal,and integrate all of coal value chain related industry,enhance efficiency,avoid market risk through data sharing,to promote the value of industrial development,and based on the above analysis of FSR platform service promotion proposal and prospect.
