ABM Based Research On Express Packaging Recycling Logistics System

With the rapid development of courier industry,the convenient needs of people have been satisfied,but a large number of express packaging has also led to serious waste of resources and environmental pollution problems,so it's very urgent to carry out express packaging recycling activities.Due to the low profitability of express packaging recycling,the government's policy guidance is of great significance to the construction and operation of the express package recycling system in China.In order to provide some valuable suggestions for government decision-making process,the social behavior of express packaging recycling system needs to be modeled and simulated.First of all,this thesis draws on the experience of developed countries in the construction and operation of packaging waste recycling system,comparative analysis of the status of China's express packaging recycling.Based on EPR,the express packaging recycling logistics network is constructed mainly based on the organizational model of "corporate recycling" and the site selection model of each logistics node is explored.Secondly,based on ABM method,main participants of express packaging recycling activites are divided into consumers,government,enterprises,street collection points and factories,this thesis deeply analyzed their influence factors,decision-making functions and interaction relationships,then constructed a theoretical social behavior model of express packaging recycling system.Finally,this thesis took express packaging recycling in Beijing as an study example,related data were collected from fieled survey to build a recycling logistics network and an agent based social behavior simulation model.Through comprehensive analysis of the simulation results under different scenarios,this thesis explored the influence degree of different policies including propaganda,laws and regulations,economic subsidies and policies,and also concluded the participant probability of consumers and enterprises,the total recovery amount,the operating cost and benifit of the recovery system under different policy scenarios.
