With the vigorous development of e-commerce and the rapid rise of online shopping,the volume of express business has ushered in explosive growth,and the consumption of express packaging is growing.However,due to factors such as chaotic recycling models,high recycling costs,and low recycling income,a large number of express packaging failed to achieve efficient recycling and reuse.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the recycling mode of express packages and the optimization of recycling cost and income to realize the health,sustainability and green of the whole logistics industry.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of express packaging consumption,recycling and reuse,focusing on the characteristics of express packaging consumption,policy orientation and recycling pain points,it illustrates the feasibility and necessity of implementing express packaging recycling in China.Then,by analyzing the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the express packaging recycling model,it summarizes the crux of the existing recycling model cannot achieve efficient packaging recycling,and on this basis,the "Internet plus" joint recycling model under the perspective of closed-loop supply chain.Secondly,according to the modeling purpose and model boundary,this paper analyzes the composition of recycling costs and income of express packaging,comprehensively considers the quantified economic and environmental factors,and draw the causality diagram of inventory cost,collection cost,processing cost,transportation costs,and recovery income.Based on the determination of the causality diagram and the functional relationship,the system dynamics model of express packaging recycling cost and income is constructed.Finally,this paper takes GEM as an example,collects and sorts data that conforms to objective facts,uses Vensim software to simulate the SD model in the initial state,and discusses the sensitive variables that cause the change of the recycling cost and income of the express packaging.According to the selected sensitive variables,scenario simulation is set up to study the impact of different variables on the total profit of closedloop supply chain,and put forward suggestions on the recycling and reuse of express packaging.The simulation results show that:(1)With the increase of the rebate,the recycling total profit of express packaging shows the tendency rising at the beginning and declining in late;(2)The greater the recovery rate of the intelligent recycling machine,the higher the profit of the closed-loop supply chain;(3)The increase of packaging recovery rate can increase the overall profit of the supply chain to a certain extent;(4)Appropriately increasing the cost of environmental protection publicity,which can effectively reduce the cost and increase the income of the closed-loop supply chain.
