Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's economy has continued to develop at a high speed and the living standards of its people have improved.People pay attention to the difference between urban and rural areas in China, the level of urbanization in rural areas has gradually increased, and the demand for modern energy has been expanding.Although our government is constantly introducing policies and measures to support rural areas, including the construction of new rural areas, but the problem of energy poverty in rural areas is prominent because of the persistence of regional development imbalances and the severe shortage of modern energy infrastructure in rural areas, large numbers of rural residents do not have access to adequate modern energy services to meet their daily needs. In order to alleviate the problem of energy poverty,it is very important to understand, evaluate and analyze the phenomenon of energy poverty.Understanding the influence factors of energy poverty and the internal feedback system can grasp the key points and solve the difficulties, which plays an important role in our government's understanding of the actual situation and real demand of rural households. In addition,it can assist the government in more targeted, accurate and rational efforts to alleviate energy poverty. The main contents of the study on the impact factors of energy poverty are as follows:First, the research theories and achievements on energy poverty in domestic and foreign literatures are summarized, and the shortcomings in the current research on energy poverty are expounded.Secondly, based on the study of the literature and the investigation of the current situation of energy poverty in rural areas, the causes of energy poverty have been systematically studied, and through the induction and refinement of the factors influencing energy poverty, the factors of market economy, farmers themselves and the regional environmental factors have been divided into three subsystems, and a systematic kinetic model of the factors influencing energy poverty has been established.By means of ANP,expert investigation and numerical simulation, the weight, initial value, variation and interaction coefficient of the factors are determined. Finally, perform simulation operation influence factors of energy poverty by using VENSIM-PLE system dynamics simulation software to.Obtained the interaction status and feedback mechanism of various factors in the energy poverty influencing factors system.Through analysis and evaluation of operational results, conclude that energy users are a key factor in energy poverty.Through the study of the above content,we have obtained the following basic conclusions:1 ? According to the corresponding weight of different factors, the main influencing factors of energy poverty are farmers' own factors. As the choice and users of energy, the farmers have a direct connection to the problem of energy poverty.Among them, family income status has a greater impact on energy poverty.2?the regional nature of energy poverty is also obvious, the energy endowment has a fundamental impact on the level of local energy use,the remote geographical location and the inconvenience of traffic conditions make the problems of energy poverty in some areas slow to improve.3?with the increase of investment level, the problem of energy poverty has been alleviated, but the mechanism between them is very complex, and is not a simple linear relationship. In a word, this paper uses the system dynamics to establish the system model of the influence factors of energy poverty, which can solve the dynamic and complex problems.Suggestions and recommendations for better mitigation and solution of energy poverty are put forward.
