| Nowadays,with the rapid improvement of the information level in business management in enterprises,the target of daily business digital management has realized basically.In the scope of material storage management,many daily businesses management work has been operated in the storage management software system.However,from the domestic development status,there are still many problems in the storage management work of enterprises,like low automatic management mode,etc.The reason of the above problems is the material information reading and attachment could not be managed automatically,and the storage information and material management information still need human management mode.The rapid development of Internet of Things provides an efficient method to solve the above problems,which could connect the objects in real world and the Internet.So,the storage management software system could use the Internet of Things technologies.In the study work of this paper,a safety tools management software system is designed and realized by the use of RFID technology and Java software development technology,which could use the RFID reading device to get the safety tools information automatically,and propose the tools information to the management software system.In the realization work of the safety tools management software system,the RFID tags are attached to the tools and by the use of RFID reading device,the software system could be connected with the hardware in the storage warehouses.In the research work,the Internet of Things technology,RFID technology and Java development technology is introduced firstly,which could provide a technology support to the design and realization work of the safety tools management system.Then,the needing analysis work of the safety tools management software system is studied in detail,including the business environment analysis work,user structure and type analysis,functional analysis of the system,hardware analysis work and the performance needing analysis work,etc.Based on the system needing analysis work,the functional design work of the safety tools management system is researched as follow,including the design disciplines,network structure design of the system,functional structure design.And according to the safety tools management business environment,the functional structure mode in the safety tools management software system includes RFID handle tools management,wireless data monitoring management and business management,tools storage room management,etc.And the entity relationship structure design work and the data table design work of the safety tools management software system is also studied as follow.In the realization work study,this paper introduces the class structure and serial flow structure of each functional mode in the system,which could be used in the code writing work of the development process.And the testing work of the safety tool management software system introduced in this paper including the deployment of the system,testing method selection,functional testing work and performance testing work,etc.According to the testing result of the safety tools management software system,the system has realized the targets proposed in the functional needing analysis work and other analysis work.And it could improve the work level and efficiency of the safety tools management work by the use of the system design and realized in this paper. |
