Study On Green Construction Technology And Cost Risk Management Of Water Supply Project

There is an important objective of our environment for human survival and development depend on the environment,problems related to the development of our nation,since the reform and opening up thirty years,the development of China's situation is getting better and better,but it is to continuously improve the level of economic development in the destruction of the environment is the prerequisite for the future development,this is absolutely intolerable things,so in the future development process,must pay attention to environment friendly degree,on the basis of protect the environment,do the development of the combination of project development,economy,only through the protective development mode,to make our country keep sustainable development level.Urban construction is an important symbol of human development,while China's urbanization process brings environmental destruction at the same time.In the process of the city,the construction enterprise is the main force in the construction of the city,but because of lack of responsibility of construction enterprises,causing some companies can not adhere to the public welfare and social responsibility in the process of city construction,but at a very low price to obtain development qualification,but the development is too low the price is the profit squeeze,lead the industry as a whole to maintain a higher level of construction,the construction enterprise only can use some low-quality construction materials as much as possible to reduce the construction cost.Because of the particularity of water supply construction projects,so it can not use the traditional budget mode of engineering cost valuation,which is designed to control the cost,which leads to water supply construction project cost risk is far greater than the civil and commercial buildings in areas such as cost risk.This thesis will discuss the research status quo of comprehensive green construction evaluation of China's current water supply construction projects,comparative analysis of the different research of green construction evaluation at home and abroad,the introduction of green construction concept to water supply construction projects,analysis of green construction technology and the use of the water supply facilities construction control points green project,according to the relationship between green the construction technology and the cost of risk,combining a case of water caisson construction in construction project are analyzed in detail,and points out that the green building technology also can save cost,to a certain extent,reduce the cost,at the same time by analyzing the cost and bidding strategy to provide reference to the construction unit.This thesis also put forward for the water supply and the cost of construction project risk management ideas and models,analysis of cost risk events may produce in the process of construction,and puts forward the method of risk identification,risk response,aims to promote the implementation of green construction in water supply project construction technology,in order to achieve the corresponding national policy and achieve the purpose of corporate profits.
