The traditional economic growth mode develops at the expense of resources and environment and waste emissions continue increasing,without considering the organic link between economic structure within the industry.It makes the whole industry system show the characteristics of high input,high consumption,high emission and low output,causing resource depletion and environmental deterioration.The development of China's "13th Five-Year" period is "green development",that is the scientific concept of development even more for the long-term.And the "industrial symbiosis" is an important way to solve the contradiction between the development of industrial economy and the destruction of the ecological environment.Research on the regional industrial eco-economic system of industry association,connotation of industrial relationship and industrial symbiosis optimization is conducive to understanding the symbiotic relationship between industry,optimizing the industrial system and improving the ecological environment and economic development,which has important theoretical significance and application value.In this thesis,according to the relationship of the species in the food chain of the natural ecosystem,the industrial sectors in the industrial system are divided into the primary producers,the advanced producers,the consumers and the decomposers.Based on the definition of ecological economic system of regional industry and industry association,this thesis analyzes the circulation of material,energy and information between the primary producers and senior producers,consumers and decomposers,and takes the Suzhou high tech zone as the example to elaborate.Based on the input-output model,this thesis measure the influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient of the 42 industry in Jiangsu province.The influence coefficient of metal mining industry,metal smelting and rolling processing industry,transportation equipment manufacturing,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,communications equipment,computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry is higher;the sensitivity coefficient of metal smelting and rolling processing industry,chemical industry,metal mining industry,coal mining and washing industry and electricity,heat production and supply industry is high and primary producers put greater influence on the economic development and the demand pressure.According to the intensity factor,the enterprise is divided into four categories:labor-intensive enterprises,capital intensive industries,technology intensive enterprises and material resource intensive enterprises.According to different functions,the enterprise activities are divided into three categories:economic,ecological and innovation activities.The simulation results show that:according to the overall economic benefits and ecological benefits,the industrial symbiosis can be divided into three stages:the initial stage,the middle stage and the late stage.The total output value of the industrial system and the comprehensive utilization of waste are maintained with the change of the cycle until it is stable.The output increment of technology intensive enterprises is the highest,followed by capital intensive enterprises.The highest amount of material resources intensive use comprehensive enterprise initial waste utilization amount until smooth growth in the last four categories of enterprises comprehensive waste,technology intensive utilization increment highest integrated enterprise resource intensive utilization of waste material,is still the highest amount of comprehensive waste.Based on the analysis of the connotation and the dynamic analysis of industrial symbiosis in regional eco-economic system,this thesis puts forward the optimal path of industrial symbiosis from the two aspects of the relationship between elements and activities.Finally,according to the characteristics of the development of different industries,including primary producers,senior producers,consumers and producers,this thesis puts forward the suggestion of symbiosis optimization for various industries.
