Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Road Transportation Management In Harbin

The management of road transportation has important practical significance for improving traffic conditions, guaranteeing the safety of persons and vehicles, meeting the transportation needs of society. Therefore, it is essential to improve the management level and ability of the road transportation that the rational response of the existing problems in the road transport management and measures of find reasonable solution to the problem. In recent years, with the continuous building and perfecting of Harbin city comprehensive transportation system, the construction of road transportation integration of urban and rural areas continues to promote. Accordingly, Harbin road transport management also appears many new situations and problems, and the management of road transportation has put forward new requirements. The emergence of new management methods provides a feasible way to solve the problem of road transportation management. The road transportation involves many related fields which possess their own particularities. This thesis tried to analyze the problems of various fields from a general point of view. Subsequently, a packaged solution tactic was suggested, which is a major innovation of this study.The thesis mainly base on the perspective of public management. Firstly, the concept of the road transport management was clearly defined, and the direction and contents of the research was certified. Furthermore, the road transport management situation of Harbin City was introduced, and the existing problems and causes in the process of road transport management were critical analyzed. Finally, some principles and suggestions for solving the road transport management problems of Harbin were correspondingly brought out.
