| In recent years,the PPP project has developed rapidly as a new type of financing model,which is widely praised because it can spread the risk and share the benefits.However,in the process of implementing the PPP project,it is faced with an endless challenge,especially in the problem of performance evaluation and monitoring,which is always in a dilemma.According to this situation,many experts and scholars put forward the corresponding research methods,and demonstrate the feasibility and scientificity of the PPP project performance evaluation method through empirical analysis,but the current related research only takes into account the content of key indicators,and does not pay attention to the construction of the evaluation system.Based on the above analysis,this paper introduces the balanced scorecard,and studies the performance evaluation system of PPP project in M nursing home.On the basis of the existing theoretical results,this paper takes the M nursing home as the research object,and compares the differences between the traditional performance evaluation and the modern performance evaluation,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages respectively.Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard,the performance evaluation system of M nursing home is constructed.According to the own characteristics of the M nursing home and the balanced scorecard,we choose the index from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index.On this basis,the maximum subordinate degree is calculated by the fuzzy evaluation method,and the overall strategy of the M nursing home is respectively based on the maximum subordinate degree principle.Performance evaluation and four dimensions of performance evaluation,combined with the PPP project features of the M nursing home,and finally put forward some suggestions to strengthen the performance evaluation of the M nursing home. |
