At the beginning of the founding of China,the development of economic and technology of our country is backward.At that time,the tobacco industry had played a important role as an economic contributor.It has always received more attention and support from the Chinese government.Since the state-owned unified management,the tobacco industry in our country has implemented the monopoly management system.It has taken full advantage of the monopoly system and strictly controlled the total output in the production of tobacco products,and spared no efforts in the sales of tobacco products Value-added points,proactively raise the purification rate in market supervision,and self-sacrificed in paying taxes on social returns.At the same time,through continuous deepening of system reform and solid management foundation,the economic efficiency of the tobacco industry has been continuously promoted.However,with the rapid development of economy,the cigarette regulation facing much more challenges.China has further promoted the reform of the commercial registration system,implemented the policy of decentralizing power,widening the scope of strict administration,lowering the threshold,and easing access to new markets in the cigarette market.What's more,driven by huge economic interests,criminals use legal loopholes to receive cigarette orders on the Internet,sending them through the logistics delivery which is illegal.The traditional way of regulating the cigarette market is difficult to curb the new type of cigarette-related offenses.It's meaningful to carry out the analysis based on the actual situation of the economic environment and cigarette market regulation.This article takes Dongguan City as an example,conducts investigation and research by combining with the regional situation in Dongguan.In this paper,the current situation of Dongguan's economic development,the main body of the cigarette market supervision and major measures are investigated.The current problems in the supervision of the cigarette market in Dongguan City are pointed out.The reasons for the problems are analyzed in depth and the countermeasures to improve the supervision of the cigarette market in Dongguan City are proposed.
