Under the circumstances where date of delivery is short and demands diversified,the original single mass-production model of enterprises is gradually transforming into mixed-line production model that features high customization and small batch.However,facing environmental changes,if old methods are still adopted to make production plan,delivery delay can be caused due to production sequence disorder under mixed-line production model,which requires too much extra time to manage scheduling information.Therefore,this thesis primarily studies how to solve the current production and management scheduling problem under mixed-line production model,and how to improve existing producing procedures.Taking company Q as an example,this thesis studies the scheduling problem with limited capacity of production line as prerequisite.Compared with other companies of the same scale,this company has a huge advantage over peers in terms of R&D and business development,but it is falling behind in meeting the demands in internal system,and,as a consequence,problems like delivery delay,production sequence disorder,shut-down for lack of material and overtime work appear,arousing much more cost in remedying order delay and human resource.This thesis firstly presents and studies the current condition of company Q and its existing problems,then brings out the solutions: prioritizing to solve the problem of scheduling from its origin,improving the overall production and management procedures,so as to attain the right information required for production scheduling and reduce current operational procedures.In experiment simulation,targeting the actual simulation conditions of customers' weekly orders on production line L1,DBR scheduling rules should apply to the manufacturing orders underpinned by production plan in accordance with order delivery date and the latest material arrival time,then manage the orders that may delay,and analyze bottleneck time and the latest material arrival time so as to avoid the punishment brought by delivery delay.In addition,a rescheduling mechanism featuring DBR scheduling should be adopted to deal with and sort customers' urgent orders.The experiment simulation not only solved the problems of production and management scheduling and excessive manual operation,improved management efficiency,but also enhanced production efficiency and reduced days of overtime work.
