At present,China is in the critical stage of economic transition,coupled with the impact of the environment,the economic downward pressure is obvious.Facts have proved that a good corporate culture for their sustainable development to provide important impetus to support.As for the retail enterprises,the market is facing a rapidly changing competitive environment,and strong mobility of employees.Therefore,it is able to build a set of enterprise development characteristics and external market environment fit corporate culture system,will become a competitive enterprise killer.Based on lu shang group as the research object,through field survey,questionnaire survey and the interview with competing value framework enterprise culture and organizational culture assessment scale an OCAI these two main analysis tools,to lu shang group enterprise culture to the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies,and the lu shang group enterprise culture construction and development of scientific analysis of internal and external environment,The results show: The group applies to a hierarchical corporate culture,but it tends to build a team culture for its employees.In the course of evaluating the corporate culture of Lushang Group,it is based on the analysis of leadership ability,organization and coordination as well as management benefit.On this basis,it puts forward the suggestion of Lushang Group's corporate culture reshaping path,Firstly,actively create the atmosphere of unity,building a solidarity of the corporate culture,to allow employees to work in a harmonious and relaxed environment;Secondly,create an innovative and marketoriented corporate culture;Thirdly,the weakening of hierarchical corporate culture,making the management structure is simple and efficient,the use of modern information technology to enhance the efficiency of enterprises,optimize the work process,and actively encourage employees to technological innovation,optimize human resource allocation;Between the upper and lower levels can be achieved convenient communication and exchange,so that employees can truly master the ownership.So as to provide reference and support for the construction of enterprise culture of Lushang Group.
