CTSC is a large-scale state-owned enterprise with a long history. It is the largest local network service-provider within the group. However, it has to meet the new requirements of a changing market characterized by rapid development of mobile internet. Along with changes of the market competition, the industry is constantly updated. As a "century-old company" depending on monopoly in the past, CTSC should begin to face the market. With the formation of the open competition, communication companies compete in services instead of products and network. The communication operators do not only focus on the increasing of the numbers of users, but also the value added by users.As suggested by mainstream research, corporate culture should match the development of the business and the change of the organization. After the introduction of new development strategy, the existing corporate culture and corresponding employees’ behaviors of CTSC company cannot fit the requirements of the new strategy. To achieve a successful strategic transformation, CTSC must develop corporate culture matching with its business strategy. In this case, research on change of corporate culture embraces guiding significance for strategic transformations, and it is necessary and urgent.Targetting the above challenges, based on home and abroad related literature, this thesis makes a systematic research on reshaping of the corporate culture of CTSC company under the new strategic condition. It may help CTSC company to construct corporate culture which fits its strategy. The new culture could encourage employees’ innovation, promote the development of the company’s business, and consequently benefit the achievement of the strategic transformation goals. The main contents of this dissertation are organized as follows.1, Literature review about corporate culture and the relationship between corporate culture and strategy.2, Take some of CTSC’s employees as samples, investigate the status of corporate culture through survey and interviews, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the existing enterprise culture, the direction the corporate culture.3, Review the role of remodeled culture on the implementation of the new strategy.This thesis analyzes the remodeling of corporate culture in the background of the company’s strategy re-positioning in practice. Along with the practices of CTSC company, this dissertation refines the direction of corporate culture remodeling in mobile internet company in the process of strategic transformation. The results of this study have reference meaning to similar enterprises in similar situation.
